Had new extension to back of house 18 months ago. Last couple of months we have had a rat entering extension under floor didn’t know where he was getting in, checked every where we could to no avail, contacted capital drainage Ltd who have good reviews on Checkatrade ,ask them to carry out cctv survey on our sewer drain’s.
